Begin by selecting your desired frame size and shape. Once your order is placed, we’ll work together to choose the perfect frame style and color for your flowers.

2. Choose Your Frame
We’ll discuss your options and select the frame that best complements your flowers and the style you envision.

3. Create Your Layout
Once your flowers have been dried and preserved, I’ll create a custom layout using your actual flowers. We’ll work together to determine the placement and overall look before everything is permanently secured.

4. Your Flowers Are Carefully Preserved
After the design is finalized, your flowers are carefully arranged and placed inside your selected UV-protected acrylic dome frame.

5. Your Finished Keepsake
Your completed piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped back to you—ready to display and treasure for years to come.

Ship or deliver your flowers according to our flower care instructions.
Flowers are professionally dried and preserved.
A custom design layout is created inside your selected dome frame.
Your finished heirloom is carefully packaged and shipped to you.

• Flowers must be received as fresh as possible for best results.
• Every arrangement is unique and designed using your actual flowers.

• Keep finished artwork out of direct sunlight and excessive humidity for maximum longevity.
• Processing times vary depending on flower condition and current order volume.

Before you pack
Keep them hydrated: Store your flowers in a cool place in a vase with fresh water until the moment you are ready to pack them.
Trim the stems: Cut 1/2” off the bottom of the stems at a diagonal and pat them dry. Do not cut the stems short; keep them as long as possible.
Remove Valuables: Remove any ribbons, charms, or heirlooms you do not want included in the resin.

Shipping:
Use Paper Only: Loosely wrap the entire bouquet in dry tissue paper or brown packing paper.
DO NOT use plastic wrap, bubble wrap, or wet paper towels. Wrapping flowers in plastic traps moisture and will cause your bouquet to mold before it even reaches me.
Inside the Box: Include a note with the Full Name used for the order, your Order Number, and your Email.
Timing: Ship your flowers within 24–48 hours of your event.
Speed: Overnight Shipping (Next Day Air) is required for the best results.
Carrier: We recommend using UPS or FedEx.
