COMMERCIAL LICENSE — for one embroidery design
Important: This license must be purchased in addition to the embroidery design file itself. A separate license is required for each individual design you plan to manufacture.
This license gives you permission to use one purchased embroidery design by Kazzy Studio to sell your finished embroidered items — such as clothing, accessories, or home decor. deal for small embroidery businesses and craft enthusiasts, this license allows you to offer embroidered items to your customers.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
The design remains the sole property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not constitute a transfer of ownership. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.
This license covers the production of up to 500 units for small-scale commercial use.
• This license covers the use of one specific machine embroidery design per purchase.
Important Notes:
• Designs are not included with this license and must be purchased separately.
• This license is valid only with proof of purchase of both the design and this license. Keep your receipt and license PDF as proof of authorization.
• Once the license is purchased, you may begin using the design(s) immediately.
You can:
• Stitch the design as many times as you wish.
• Sell your embroidered physical products.
• Keep this license for lifetime use.
You cannot:
• Resell or share the embroidery design file itself.
• Claim the design as your own.
• Use the design in mass production or with print-on-demand services.
How it works:
Purchase any embroidery design from my shop.
Test it on your machine and make sure it fits your product.
Once you’re ready to sell embroidered items — purchase this Commercial License.
This license applies to one embroidery design and is valid for the original purchaser only.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The design is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the design, including business interruption, lost profits, or indirect damages.
